Dr. Warner graduated from The Ohio State University College of Optometry in 1990. After graduation he joined the practice that was founded by Dr. Paul Nicely in 1950, and he purchased the practice in 1992. Dr. Warner is a member of the American Optometric Association, Ohio Optometric Association, Kenton Rotary Club, and attends Immaculate Conception Church. Dr. Warner is married to Patty and they have 2 grown children.
Tammy has worked for Dr. Warner since March of 2003. She is office manager, does insurances and billing, and works with all areas of patient needs. She and her husband Rob have three sons, two granddaughters, and twin grandsons. Tammy enjoys family get-togethers, family activities, and scrapbooking.
Krista has been an optometric assistant since 2006. She was born and raised in San Diego, California, and moved to Kenton in September 2013 with her husband Dustin who is from Kenton. They met while Dustin was stationed in San Diego in the Marine Corps. She enjoys camping, going out on the boat, fishing, and anything to do with animals. She has five fur babies (two dogs, a cat and two guinea pigs.)
Karen started working for Dr. Warner in 2017. She and her husband Roger have been married since 2005. She was born in Baltimore, Maryland and was an Army brat until her father retired and settled in this area. She enjoys time with her family and friends and attends Only Believe Christian Ministries.
Teresa grew up in Hardin County and currently lives outside Ada. She has two daughters, two grandsons, one granddaughter, three dogs and one cat. She is very active with the Kenton Women of the Moose. In her spare time she likes to work in the yard or in her craft room.
Cathy worked for Dr. Warner for eight years before moving to North Carolina with her husband's job transfer. After 3 ½ years of missing their three grand kids, she and Jerry moved back to their farm in Kenton. She came back to work part-time and enjoys seeing our old patients and meeting the new ones. Jerry and Cathy have been married since 1994. They both grew up in Hardin County. They enjoy traveling, camping, spending time with family, and going to their grandson's ball games.
